Step 1: API Settings

GO provides two types of APIs - Push and Pull.

  • Push Model: DerbySoft sends changes in supplier ARI data in two ways: Delta or Overlay.
Delta will trigger the ARI of changed products only and pushes one by one to the distributors.
Overlay triggers the ARI of all products and push the data to the distributors.

  • Pull Model: distributors initiate the shopping ARI and DerbySoft responds with ARI data of the requested hotels. A maximum of 20 properties can be requested at the same time.

Step 2: API Developing

DerbySoft provides a standardized API spec that connects with suppliers and distributors worldwide.

Detailed API explanations are available in the Documentation sector.

If there are any questions, please contact the DerbySoft support team (go.help@derbysoft.net).

Step 3: Two-Way Certification

Download the test cases from the API Certification tab.

Once the development is complete, perform the extensive test cases to ensure readiness for the 3-way testing when applying for a connection.

Step 4: Endpoint Inputting

Push Model: The BookingUSB endpoint is provided by DerbySoft, and distributors need to provide a certification endpoint for receiving ARIs to complete certification.

Pull Model: The DerbySoft BookingUSB and ShoppingEngine endpoints are generated.

Step 5: Test Results Uploading and Certification Result Reviewing

Upload the test results by clicking the upload button.

The DerbySoft support team will review the results and notify you whether the certification is passed or failed.
