Introduction
Distributors can find the Customer Profile, Access Tokens, and Endpoints for their certification and production environments on this page. Additionally, distributors can renew tokens and manage endpoints as well.
Configure Environment(Push Model)
Tip: If the environment settings have been changed, the request will be received by DerbySoft staff, and you will receive an email notification if it is approved.
The push model has two modes: Delta and Overlay, for more information, please refer to Delta vs. Overlay.
- Delta is the default mode for new distributors. It serves as an incremental update for products that have changed. The ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) change is sent by product and can support up to 15 products per push request.
- Overlay provides a full update for all products whenever changes are detected.
Renew Access Token
Only Distributors' Admin Users and users authorized by DerbySoft are permitted to renew the Access Token for the product environment. If the "Renew" button is not available, please contact [email protected] for assistance. For more information, please refer to Access Token
