Introduction

DerbySoft not only uses a variety of technologies and processes to ensure data security but also will use data masking techniques to protect sensitive information.

For security purposes, It needs Distributors and Suppliers to use proper fields to transmit sensitive information.

Examples of Sensitive Information

Sensitive Information includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, passport numbers, and driver's license numbers.
2. Payment card information such as credit card numbers, CVV codes, and expiration dates.
3. Authentication tokens or passwords that could be used to access user accounts or sensitive data.
4. Confidential business data such as financial records, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
5. Any data subject to regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR.

Transmit Sensitive Information

• Please use proper fields to transmit sensitive information. such as guests, contractPerson, payment,  etc.  
• Please DO NOT transmit sensitive information through improper fields like extensions and comments.
