• Important Update on Guest Information in Reservations

What is the change?

The guest's personal data and payment information are removed from the reservation details in Go products. This will apply to both Go Console and Go APIs. 

Why is the change?

DerbySoft does the utmost to protect customer data security. To further prevent any risks from personal data breach and comply with PCI regulations we decided not to return the personal information when a reservation is queried by Go customers.

How does it impact our customers?

All personal data and payment information are removed from the reservation details. The customers will not be able to retrieve this information after a reservation has been transmitted to suppliers.
