Overview

Press the Refresh button to update ARI for a distributor's hotel within a specific date range, enabling to refresh of ALL hotels associated with a supplier for a designated period, or for a maximum duration of 365 days

There are 2 tabs to refresh ARI:

  • Distributor Refresh API [PROD]: Trigger ARI refresh in the Production environment(GO Pushes ARI to Distributors)
  • Certification Distributor Refresh API: Trigger ARI refresh in the Certification environment.


Operation Process

Step 1: Navigate to Refresh ARI

Access Go Console>Operation>Refresh ARI, the tool is available to be used in both UAT and Prod environments.

  • Distributor ID: prewritten and non-editable
  • Supplier ID: select from the drop-down list
  • Date range: the following options are available
    • Next 7 days
    • Next 14 days
    • Next 1 month
    • Custom: select Start Date and End Date from calendar, up to 365 days
  • Hotel IDs: input manually, type “All”(case insensitive), will set the scope as all hotels within this connection



Step 2: Click the Refresh button to trigger the request

Once all criteria are set properly, click the Refresh button to trigger the request. A warning message will pop up on the screen as below:


Note: Please note that the time consumed to complete a request will be subject to a few factors e.g. width of time range, amount of hotels, etc.


Step 3: Click the OK button and verify the results

Upon clicking the OK button, the Go backend will start processing the request immediately. You can either click the hyperlink in the prompt message or click the Refresh History button placed in the top right corner to check more details.


The following fields will be displayed in the list of refresh history:

  • Distributor ID 
  • Supplier ID
  • Hotel Count: number of hotels contained in a request
  • Date Range: date range of request specified by user 
  • Request Time: time of request triggered by your selected
  • Complete Time: time of request completed by the system
  • Push Status:  Percentage | Finished | Cancelled | Failed
  • User ID: The User who triggered/cancelled the request
  • Action: Detail | Cancel



Step 4: Review the detailed results and the refresh status

Upon clicking the Detail button, you will see the refresh status for each hotel contained in this request, including Pending, Processing, Done, and Failed. 

Note: Detailed information will be unavailable 14 days after the request is completed.


Step 5 (Optional) Operate the canceling if you would like to stop the refresh process

If you click the Cancel button, the request will be terminated immediately. Push Status will turn to Cancelled.


Step 6 (Optional) Subsequent refresh

You are able to submit subsequent refresh requests for other suppliers, regardless if the current one is ongoing. Upon successful trigger, you will see a corresponding prompt on the screen.

Important:you would not be allowed to submit a second refresh request for the same supplier if the current one is still ongoing. Attempting to do so will be blocked and result in an error prompt.
