Live customers can change their settings in the Customer Settings menu.


Push Model

The push model has two modes: Overlay and Delta.

  • Overlay is a full update for the changed products. The ARI change is pushed from each hotel. Delta is an incremental update for the changed products. The ARI change is pushed by product and supports max.15 products per push
  • The default mode for new distributors is Delta, and you may change to Overlay to receive ARI changes by products only. :
    The request will be reviewed by DerbySoft staff and you will receive an email notification if it is approved.

Configure the Production Environment


If you want to renew the endpoint in the production environment, you need to apply for renewal authorization first by sending a request to go.help@derbysoft.net. 

The support team will review the request and normally you should receive an email with the renewed token.
