Enhancements:

  • Streamlined Onboarding with Optional Certification Upload

    • You can now skip certification during onboarding if it's not required for your use case—for example, if you've been pre-certified by your tech partner. This removes the need to upload redundant documents, simplifying your setup process.
    • Your benefits: Enjoy a faster, more flexible onboarding experience that adapts to your specific needs, reducing time and effort during account setup.


  • Enhanced Email Notification Clarity for Exchange Connections

    • We have updated relevant email notifications to specify the “Exchange” type of connection explicitly. This ensures that you can easily differentiate it from a Standard connection.
    • Your Benefit: Improved communication transparency helps you quickly identify connection types, reducing confusion and enabling more efficient collaboration.


  • Extended ABT Retrieval Support for Pull Distributors

    • Pull Distributors can now retrieve ABT in the same manner as AAT when the Supplier only provides AAT. This ensures consistent access to necessary terms regardless of supplier data availability. 
    • Your Benefit: Greater operational efficiency and reliability in terms of retrieval, allowing you to maintain seamless workflows even when supplier data is limited.

What’s New:

  • Ghost Booking Email Enhancement for Distributor Contacts

    • To enable proactive communication, the ghost booking email sent to the hotel will include the distributor’s email address in the CC field. 
    • The CC list will be populated from any email configured for the distributor in CSP_Exchange, including the following contact types:
      • Customer Support Contact
      • Business Contact
      • Operation Contact
      • Finance Contact
    • Your benefits: Empower distributors to reach out to hotels efficiently through ghost booking notification.
