2025 November Release
Modified on: 2025-11-14 14:13
Dear Customer,
Hope all is well, and you are having a great day.
We strive to provide the best solutions to you. You speak, we listen!
We are excited to share our recent achievements with you, which were released in November.
What’s New:
- Simplified Account ID Request Process
- We have redesigned the initial onboarding in the Go Console. You now only need to provide an Account Name and Notification Email Addresses to submit a request.
- Why it Matters: The process is faster and simpler. The requirement for upfront billing information has been removed for standard account setup, eliminating confusion and speeding up the start of your onboarding. We handle billing-related steps offline, enabling our team to actively and promptly follow up on the associated financial processes.
- More Transparent Progress Tracking:
- Follow your account request every step of the way with unified status updates in the Go Console, from submission to active.
- Why it Matters: Stay informed every step of the way, with full visibility into your onboarding pipeline.
- Effortless Requests for Multiple Account IDs
- If your business requires multiple Account IDs, you can now submit new requests directly from the Go Console, following the same simple and lower auditing process. ( Please be aware that we will review each request for a valid business justification. As this process incurs an implementation fee and a contract change)
- Why it Matters: Scalability and flexibility are now at your fingertips, allowing you to manage your development needs efficiently without internal bottlenecks.
Enhancement:
- Error Code and Error Message
- Error Code and Error Message are now displayed directly in the Reservation List, removing the need to navigate to detail pages for this information.

- Your Benefits: Save time by viewing error details directly in the Reservation List.
- Error Code and Error Message are now displayed directly in the Reservation List, removing the need to navigate to detail pages for this information.
We would love to hear from you!
